Experts by Experience
Members of this group include the NIMHE development centre user and carer leads and NIMHE Expert by Experience Fellow, Jan Wallcraft.
The group's role is emerging but it supports NIMHE's work in the particular areas of:
- developing mental health services for service users and carers
- promoting the delivery of effective mental health services
- monitoring the effectiveness of mental health services
- identifying and evaluating tools to measure outcomes, which assess quality of life
- research into the desired outcomes for service users and carers.
