Each ward had developed its own procedure and although each ward had many good points, each felt that they could benefit from learning from the good points of handovers in the other wards, and an increase in unanimity across all the wards. | Title: Lister Community Meeting Poster Summary: The aim of the group is to give patients the chance to talk about your experience of your care on the ward. The community group happens every week on the ward. The group provides an opportunity for patients to meet with staff and a member of the Patients Council to talk about your experiences on the ward. |
